Dr. Amine Belmejdoub Quotb (PhD) Chair of the Board - Strategic Leadership & Institutional Integrity

With a doctorate in Organisations, Systems & People and extensive lecturing experience across leading UK institutions such as Portsmouth University, Bath Spa University, and BPP University, Dr. Amine brings a bold vision for inclusive and globally relevant education. His leadership blends academic integrity with entrepreneurial innovation, positioning EuroPolytech as a gateway to British-accredited qualifications offered in accessible and affordable destinations. Committed to quality, agility, and social impact, Dr. Amine ensures EuroPolytechโ€™s governance reflects both global standards and local relevance.

Dr. Elena Carruba
Dr.Elena Carruba (PhD) Board Lead for Regulation, Quality & Compliance and Professional Development

โ€‹โ€‹Dr. Elena is an experienced academic leader with over 25 years in higher education. She holds a PhD and two masterโ€™s degrees and has published extensively on identity, cultural studies, and digital pedagogy. Currently serving as Academic Professional Development Manager at Bath Spa University, Dr. Elena has previously held senior roles such as Academic Quality Lead at Royal Holloway University of London and Programme Director at the Mediterranean School of Business. She is also the founder of Change Academy, a platform dedicated to personal and professional transformation through coaching and leadership development. Her expertise in academic quality, governance, and strategic innovation will strengthen Europolytech Academyโ€™s commitment to excellence and global standards.

Diana D. Dordea
Diana Denisa Dordea Board Lead for Teaching Excellence & Innovation

Currently serving as Assistant to the Deanโ€™s Office at Luxembourg Business School, and with a strong foundation in international education and academic operations, Diana brings strategic insight and cross-cultural agility to institutional development. Her experience spans programme coordination, student engagement, and quality assurance across diverse educational settings, including teaching and delivery of Bath Spa University programmes. Dianaโ€™s leadership reflects a commitment to inclusive learning environments, global benchmarking, and continuous improvement.


Dr. Inga Olari
Dr. Inga Olari Board Lead for Quality & International Academic Partnerships

โ€‹โ€‹Dr. Inga is a senior higher education strategist with over two decades of experience in academic quality assurance, institutional accreditation, and European education policy. Holding a PhD in International Law, she brings a unique legal lens to transnational academic partnerships and regulatory alignment. As Board Lead for Quality & International Academic Partnerships, she supports EuroPolytechโ€™s strategic compliance with global standards, strengthens internal review processes, and fosters cross-border collaboration. Her expertise in curriculum development, governance, and international frameworks makes her a vital contributor to our mission of delivering transparent, innovative, and globally benchmarked programmes.
